This installation/assemblage was a part of my BFA Senior Exhibition at the Baum Gallery of Fine Art at University of Central Arkansas. I obsessively collected and manipulated materials using a variety of techniques and processes. Material collection is mostly about close observation, something that comes naturally to me as a somewhat introverted person. By placing importance on the subtle and delicate qualities created intuitively, I documented and created a space in which my quiet and detailed nature thrives. These works not only reference elements of nature, but they are reflections of myself.
